On Saturday 3rd December, Santa paid his annual visit to Glossop Station. Well over 100 children got to meet him. Every one of them received a present because they'd been good.

The very successful storytelling train event took place in March, as part of an ACoRP nationwide initiative.

Five years of negotiation with Network Rail resulted in temporary access being granted onto the rails.
We got started really early (6am!) on two consecutive Sundays, and made a start on tidying and replanting the banking. We also took the opportunity to clean litter from the tracks. Pics by various members of FOGS. |
